AS it continues to promote responsible netizenship, the Davao Digital Influencers, Inc. (DDI) is celebrating its second year this month.
In the last two years, the organization, which is registered to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), has also been at the forefront in promoting Davao region’s tourism and socio-cultural agenda and to training and educating the new generation of online influencers.
“DDI vows to utilize its social media influence to encourage netizens to be responsible and accountable with what they share online,” Glen Santillan, current DDI president, said.
He added that the organization will continue with its commitment and advocacies in the next two years as it welcomes a new set of officers headed by incoming president Verna Luga.
“We commit to continue to engage, influence, and make a difference in the community we are in,” Luga said, adding that the organization has laid out plans and programs that will benefit its stakeholders in the coming years.
Luga and the new set of officers will be inducted on July 28, 2018 during ther 2nd Anniversary Celebration at the Verdon Parc.
This year’s 2nd Anniversary Celebration is presented by PLDT and Cebu Pacific.
